We are running a Halloween fundraiser this year.  We will  dress up and walk around the village on our usual route for a sponsored Witches Walk. I would like to invite parents/ families to join us and dress up if you like! We will begin our walk on Friday 27^th, at 9.15 a.m. 

The children have been given sponsorship cards. We really appreciate your help and support in encouraging your child to get their card filled! More sponsorship cards are available in the school if necessary.

 

The board of management are pleased to advise that an annual review of our Child Safeguarding Statement took place on 21st October 2025.  This document is available to read on our website. 

It is Culture Night all across Ireland tonight. Lots of free events for you to enjoy. See Culture Night’s website for more details.

We look forward to welcoming all of our pupils back to school on September 1st, at 9 a.m.

Many thanks to Annette, for teaching Spanish to our pupils as part of the Modern Foreign Language in Primary Schools project.

Many thanks to Fr. Casey for all his work preparing our pupils for the Sacrament of First Holy Communion. The ceremony will take place on Saturday, May 21st at 11 a.m. in Shillelagh.
